The minimum opening order is $5,000.00.

Orders of $10,000 or more shipped east of the Mississippi will be prepaid by Halevi PPE. Orders between $5,000 and $9,999 are billed a $200 flat rate shipping charge.  Orders under $5,000 customer pays full freight charges.

Orders shipped west of the Mississippi will be sent freight prepaid and costs will be included in customers invoice.

Prepaid freight does not include liftgate fees or additional delivery expenses from carrier. Extra charges to be added to customer invoice.

Large quantity special pricing is available on most products.

Net 30 days upon credit approval. There will be an interest charge of 1.5 % per month on an overdue balance.

Damage claims and shortages in shipments must be noted on the carriers freight receipt at the time of delivery.

Authorization must be requested prior to return. No returns after 7 days from date of delivery. A restocking fee may apply. Customer pays return freight.

Credit will be issued on original purchase price. Only unopened cartons can be returned. Credit will be issued based on age and saleability of product.
